What Is A Trust Fund?
If you want to provided money or other assets for an individual or organisation then a trust fund is a great way of doing just that.
Commonly, parents have trusts funds for their children with the aim of providing them with basic needs after the parents are deceased.You can also establish a trust fund to a charity or non-profit organisation.
The trust fund may be managed by a single trustee, or be structured to allow for more than one trustee. It is the responsibility of the trustee to see that the resources included in the trust fund are used in the best interests of the recipient of the trust.
Please note that Trust are not recognised in Spain but if you have assets in the UK or elsewhere in the World an Offshore Trust could still help you.
